3つのテンプレートが追加されるという内容です。規定では有効化されているらしいです。恐らく無効化も可能だと思います。

長いのですが、文章の途中でテンプレートを適用する方法だったりテンプレートの意図や説明が出てくる部分はあまり重要ではないので、最後の数行だけ読めばOKです。全部読む場合でも、まずどのようなテンプレートが実装されるのかを読んでからのほうが絶対に理解しやすいです。
追加されるテンプレートは以下の3つ。
・コミュニケーション サイトテンプレート
組織のホーム 組織にとってのホームページ。組織に関連したニュースやアップデート情報、会話、ビデオが集約される。よく見られていたり重要であるであろうコンテンツへのアクセスが簡単になる仕組みも備わってる。
ブランドセントラル 従業員がブランドのことを知るためにはまずはここを見ろというセントラルハブ。ブランドに関連した最新の資産・素材やガイドラインを見ること、ブランドの本質や価値への理解を深めること、ブランドに関連した質問への回答等が見られる。
チームサイトテンプレート
買掛金サイト 注文書の管理・処理・追跡が可能なサイト。あらかじめ構築されているインボイスのモデルを参照し、実際のインボイスから重要な情報を抽出して規定のドキュメントライブラリーに全てを保存し管理することが可能。
